Not just for Christmas, this Jerk Ham recipe gives a tasty alternative to the Sunday roast. Packed full of flavour and glaze that will make your mouth water! Just 3 ingredients needed and you’re all set! Serve with your choice of salad or roast vegetables.
*Cover ham with water in a pot and simmer for 2 hours, remove from water
*Cover ham in Little Brixton Jerk Marinade, cover and refrigerate ideally overnight
*Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, add ham to the oven in a tray and add a small amount of water
*Roast the ham for 1 1/2 hours, basting regularly
*Cover the ham in Little Brixton Rum BBQ sauce and continue to roast for a further 30 minutes
