Drunken Jerk Prawns

Spice up your prawns with this delicious combination of Little Brixton’s own Jamaican jerk marinade and Rum & BBQ sauce. This prawn recipe will make your taste buds sing!

Serves 4
500g prawns
1 tablespoon Little Brixton Hot Jerk Marinade
4 tablespoon Little Brixton Rum BBQ Sauce
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups uncooked rice
long stem broccoli
oil

Method
1. Put 2 cups uncooked rice in the rice cooker, along with 1 cup of coconut milk and 2 cups of water
2. Boil a pot of water for the broccoli, when boiling put in broccoli and cook until your desired softness
3. Mix prawns with Hot Jerk Marinade and Rum BBQ Sauce
4. Heat oil in frypan and add prawns and cook until pink and cooked through
5. Serve your Drunken Jerk Prawns with broccoli and coconut rice
